Grace is simply UNBELIEVABLE!

In October 2006, we listed our awesome downtown penthouse condo with another company—a very well-known one. They said it would be sold in a few weeks. In September of 2007, after 11 months, two agents, and 85 showings, we still had not received a single offer. So much for the “few weeks”!

We’d had enough—so we called Grace—and asked her for advice. She came to our place and could NOT believe it had not sold. She promised she’d sell it very quickly.

We signed a contract with Grace late on a Friday evening. The following Tuesday, after just 4 days and 2 showings, we received a wonderful offer which we accepted. Grace did in 4 DAYS what the other company could not do in 11 months! She’s unbelievable!

And that’s not all. Now we needed to find a townhouse to rent, but we don’t have a vehicle. So Grace did a lot of research for us online, drew a list of 15 properties to visit and spent over 12 hours with us over 2 days to drive us all over town and visit each of the properties with us.

She then helped us make an offer (at 10PM on a Friday night) on our first choice and at 11 a.m. the next day, we received news that it was ours.

Did we mention Grace is UNBELIEVABLE?

And she did it all with warmth and patience, whether it was pouring rain (our second day of viewings), whether it was late at night, or whether she was tired and busy (she came over to us with an offer right from the airport after returning from a trip to Newfoundland).

So to Grace, we say a huge “thank you”!
