Does your lifestyle have a transportation element in it? Is it important to be a short commute from the office? Are you a frequent traveller? Is proximity to air, rail, and/or road a deciding factor in finding a new home?
David Glastonbury, a member of the Glastonbury Group, has studied local transportation issues for many years. He looks forward to using this knowledge in helping you find the right home in the right location.

Seymour Kell

Seymour Kell is a licensed Realtor with the Glastonbury Group, acting primarily as a Buyer's Agent. Having served for several years as an unlicensed assistant to Grace Glastonbury, Seymour uses that experience to serve clients with professionalism and thoroughness.
Born and raised in rural Ontario, Seymour has had an extensive career in the business world working for a large national corporation. His hard work and dedication to service has lead to progressively higher levels of responsibility. His area of expertise has largely been in implementing effective change management techniques to help people adapt to significant changes. Attention to the needs of his clients is his guiding principle.

During the course of his career Seymour has moved to new locations several times and understands, at a personal level, the challenges, apprehensions and rewards of moving into a new home. He brings those insights and experience to working for his clients in real estate. Having spent more than 10 years living and working on the east coast, Seymour understands the meaning of 'a touch of Newfoundland warmth' and brings that to his work as well.
Bryan Makinson

Bryan has been with Royal LePage for over 7 years. As part of a team of administrators and receptionists, he provided customer service to over 90 real estate agents and their clients.
Bryan has a diploma in public relations and a vast array of experience in many fields including medical insurance, procurement, banking, Canada customs, retail, web development, and communications.
As an administrator for Grace Glastonbury, he is able to use all of these skills and his experience to help the Glastonbury Group provide superior customer service during the purchase or sale of your home.
